Practical Assessment
Aspiring Forklift Drivers who possess a Singapore Class 3 or Malaysia Class D driving licence and have passed the WSQ Forklift Operating Course (Theory) or who needs to take a recourse.

Upon passing the theory and practical tests, participants will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from PSA Institute and a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SSG.
Participants who have completed this course and hold PSA passes will be permitted to operate forklifts within PSA premises.
Participants who fail the practical test for the second time are required to repeat the whole course.
At the end of the course, participants should be able to operate forklifts safely and proficiently
Upon passing the practical driving test, participants will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from PSA Institute and a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SSG. Participants who fail the practical test for the second time are required to repeat the whole course (1 Day Theory & 2 Days Practical Course)
Have passed the WSQ Forklift Operating Course (Theory), and possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years old and in good health and not be subject to deafness, defective sight or any other infirmity, which would render them unfit to perform the duties of a forklift operator. A medical certificate of physical fitness is required for those aged 60 years old and above.
