FORKLIFT DRIVER'S REFRESHER COURSE

Forklift Drivers who need to be refreshed on the importance of developing and maintaining safety habits and adhering to driving and operating rules, regulations and guidelines for increased safety and productivity.

Forklift operators are advised to attend refresher training every 3 years as recommended in Singapore Standard 573:2012.

1 day (0900 -1600 hrs)

Theory - 3 hrs

Practical - 3 hrs

• Workplace Safety and Health Act

• Operational do’s and don’ts

• Importance of daily checks

• Capacities and limitation of forklifts

• Forklift stability factors

• Problems with unstable, overloaded forklifts

• Practical Exercise (specially designed circuit to draw out key learning points)

All participants will receive a certificate of completion after the course.
